LAC 37:XIII.18201. Purpose

A. The purpose of Regulation 126 is to set forth rules and requirements governing the administration of the Louisiana Fortify Homes Program (LFHP) and eligibility criteria for LFHP grants in accordance with Act No. 554 of the 2022 Regular Session. B. The purpose of the amendment to Regulation 126 is to provide additional clarification with respect to the administration of the LFHP in accordance with Act No. 554 of the 2022 Regular Session.
