LAC 19:VII.7207. Program Registration Procedure

A. A financial institution wishing to participate in the program will complete a program registration application on a form provided by LEDC. LEDC shall determine the financial institution's eligibility to participate in the program from the information provided, or from such other information as LEDC may deem necessary. B. A financial institution that is eligible to participate in the program shall enter into an agreement with the LEDC on a form provided by the LEDC.
