LAC 37:XIII.20523. Record Keeping by Participants

A. The commissioner shall establish reporting requirements for each participant, including information about consumer complaints. A participant shall retain records, documents, and data produced in the course of business regarding an innovative insurance product or service subject to a waiver for a period of five years after the waiver has terminated. B. A participant shall make its records, documents, and data available for inspection by the commissioner immediately upon request.
