LAC 37:XIII.3143. Payment of Benefits

A. An insured under the LA Health Plan is entitled to benefits for covered services as specified in this regulation and in the contract between an authorized carrier and the insured. B. Benefits will be provided only if covered services are prescribed by or performed by or under the direct supervision of a participating provider.
