LAC 37:XIII.3147. Termination of Coverage

A. An insured's spouse who would otherwise lose coverage due to a divorce or death is automatically eligible for coverage in his or her name. B. Coverage for any child terminates the last day of the month during which such child is no longer eligible for coverage under the LA Health Plan.
