Please reproduce the enclosed and disseminate to any staff members responsible for the content of filings and the documentation for property/casualty insurance programs filed in Massachusetts. The requirements of this Bulletin apply to all property/casualty lines of insurance subject to Massachusetts General Laws Chapters 174A, 175 and 175A. These do not apply to any Workers’ Compensation Filings, nor to Private Passenger Automobile filings, except those made in accordance with section 193R of M.G.L. 175.
