Discipline or Other Disposition by Agreement

At any point during the course of a disciplinary investigation or adjudicatory proceeding, the parties may present a proposed agreement for discipline or other disposition to the Board for its review and approval. The Board may approve or reject the proposed agreement. If the proposed agreement is accepted, the respondent shall waive the right to further administrative proceedings or judicial review pertaining to the matters that are subject to the agreement.
