Partial Invalidity

If any Title, regulation, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of310 CMR11.00 shall be declared invalid for any reason whatsoever, that decision shallnotaffectanyother portion of 310 CMR 11.00, which shall remain in full force and effect; and to this end the provisions of 310 CMR 11.00 are hereby declared severable.
