Notice of Orders

The Commissioner shall, following completion of the recording procedures pursuant to 310 CMR 12.08 send by certified mail a copy of the Order and plan to each person havinganinterest incoastal wetlands who was given notice and to the clerk and board of assessors of each city or towninwhich the affected coastal wetlands are located.
