Departmental Review of Orders

Any Conservation Commission, Mayor or Board of Selectmen may petition the Department to conduct a review to determine if an Order has been violated. Upon receipt of such a petition, the Department shallconduct anon-site inspectionof the area and shall take such corrective measures as are warranted.
