Where coastal wetlands withina cityor townare also concurrently proposed for restriction under M.G.L. c. 130, § 105, the preliminary informational meeting and public hearing required under that statute shall also serve as the preliminary informational meeting and public hearing required under M.G.L. c. 131, § 40A.
