Recording of Orders

The Commissioner, upon the adoption of any Order, including the adoption of any Amending, Modifying or Repealing Order shall record a copy of the Order, together with the plan and list of the assessed owners of land affected by the Order, in the registry of deeds or, if such inland wetlands or flood plain areas are registered, in the registry of the land court. The list of assessed owners shall include a reference to the book and page number in the registry where the deed for the affected parcel is recorded. The Commissioner shall also cause the Order to be marginally referenced to the deeds of the list of assessed owners of land affected by the Order.
