Inspection and Audit

All records of end suppliers, including the annual measured volume records and records of populationserved, shall be made available upon request to the Department at anyreasonable time for inspection. For at least six years from each Assessment period each end supplier shall maintain, preserve, and make available for inspection and audit all records relating to the Assessment.
