Additional Reporting

(1) The Department may require generators to furnish additional reports concerning the quantities and disposition of wastes identified or otherwise described in 310 CMR 30.120 through 30.125 and 30.130 through 30.136. (2) Duty to Provide Information. Any generator shall provide the Department, within a reasonable time, any information which the Department may request and which is deemed by the Department to be relevant in determining whether the generator is in compliance with 310 CMR 30.000 as applicable. All reports providing such requested information shall be signed and submitted to the Department in compliance with 310 CMR 30.006 and 310 CMR 30.009.
