Manifest Requirements for Waste Recycled Pursuant to a Contractual Agreement

Upon receipt by a recycling facility of hazardous waste subject to 310 CMR 30.536, as set forth in 310 CMR 30.531, the owner or operator or his agent shall: (a) Comply with the requirements of 310 CMR 30.315, as applicable; (b) Sign and date each copy of the manifest to certify that the hazardous waste described by the manifest has been received; and (c) Retain at the facility a copy of each manifest for at least three years from the date of receipt of the hazardous waste at the facility; and (d) Retain a copy of each manifest in compliance with requirements set forth in 310 CMR 30.543(2) and (3).
