Injection Wells, Leaching Fields, Seepage Pits

(1) No person shall inject hazardous waste into or through any well. (2) No person shall dispose of hazardous waste into: (a) any septic tank, leaching field or leaching pit; or (b) any pit, pond or lagoon that does not meet the requirements set forth in 310 CMR 30.610 for surface impoundments or the requirements set forth in 310 CMR 30.650 for land treatment units.
