Record Keeping

The owner or operator of a land treatment facility shall include the following in the operating record required by 310 CMR 30.542: (1) the application dates, application rates, total quantities, and location of each hazardous waste treated at the facility; and (2) A record of all vegetation grown at the site and of the dates, quantities and destination of all vegetation and soil removed from the site; and (3) The results of all monitoring done to comply with 310 CMR 30.650, and a record of everything else done to comply with 310 CMR 30.650.
