Possible Outcomes of a Release Abatement Measure

One of the following actions shall be taken by an RP, PRP, or Other person following the completion of a Release Abatement Measure: (1) the filing of a Permanent Solution Statement, in accordance with the provisions of 310 CMR 40.1000; or (2) the continuation of further Preliminary or Comprehensive Response Actions, in accordance with the provisions of 310 CMR 40.0400 or 40.0800.
