Disclosure Requirements

A toxics use reduction planner shall disclose the following to his or her client or employer: (1) any financial interest he or she has in any technique or equipment evaluated in the toxics use reduction plan; and, (2) any business association, affiliation, or other relationship he or she has with a direct competitor of the client or employer.
