Exemptions

Owners and operators of facilities in compliance with the applicable provisions of the following regulations are exempt from the provisions of 314 CMR 18.00: Mass. Register #1322 (9/23/16) (1) 310 CMR 72.04: Performance Standard for Dry Cleaners; (2) 310 CMR 71.06: Supplemental Requirements for Photo Processors and Printers; and (3) 310 CMR 40.0000: Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
