Taking of Carp and Suckers for Purposes of Sale
(1) Definitions:
Carp means only the common carp (
Cyprinus carpio
)
Sucker means only the white sucker (
Catostomus commersoni
)
(2) Carp and suckers shall not be taken from the inland waters of the Commonwealth to be sold or offered for sale.
