Appeal

An ICF which is aggrieved by any action or failure to act under 101 CMR 129.00 may file an appeal within 30 days to the Division of Administrative Law Appeals pursuant to the requirements of M.G.L. c. 118E and M.G.L. c. 7, s. 4H. The pendency of an appeal does not limit EOHHS’s right to undertake administrative review under 101 CMR 129.00.
