Dental Care Services

Written policy and procedure shall require the provision of dental care, under the direction and supervision of a dentist licensed in the Commonwealth, to all inmates incarcerated for 30 days or more as follows: (1) Dental treatment, not limited to extractions, when the health of the inmate would otherwise be adversely affected; and, (2) Dental screening and examination as required.
