Maintenance of Apiaries

(1) A Beekeeper shall maintain all Apiaries in such a manner as to not spread Disease, Parasites, or Pests through Robbing in any form, or at any season. (2) With the exception of new equipment and equipment currently occupied by Honey Bees, no Hive component or used equipment shall be exposed out of doors or in open buildings where it may be subject to Robbing.
