Delegation of Duties

(1) Chairman. The Board or Subcommittee may delegate specific responsibilities other than the responsibility for the final decision in any proceedings or any other matter requiring a public hearing to the Chairman. (2) Pesticide Program Director. The Board or Subcommittee may delegate specific responsibilities other than the responsibility for the final decision in any proceeding or any other matter requiring a public hearing to the Pesticide Program Director. (3) Board Members. The Board or Subcommittee may delegate specific responsibilities other than the responsibility for the final decision in any proceeding or any other matter requiring a public hearing to a Board member.
