Continuing Role of the Cannabis Social Equity Advisory Board.

(1) EOED will consult with the Board prior to proposing any amendments to these regulations, and prior to issuing or amending program guidelines or an RFP. (2) EOED will consult with the Board prior to filing the annual report required by subsection (d) of section 14A of chapter 94G of the General Laws.
