Training Breaks

Claimants may be paid benefits during the following breaks if they were attending training immediately prior to the break and will be in attendance immediately after the break: (1) Pre-scheduled breaks within a semester, or holidays or other purposes. (2) Semester or other similar breaks that do not exceed three weeks.
