Confidentiality of Submissions

Not Public Records. All financial records, PEO agreements, client lists, and other information obtained from a PEO for the purposes of registration shall be confidential pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 196(j) and shall not be deemed public records subject to disclosure pursuant to M.G.L. c. 66, § 10, nor shall they be published or open to public in any other manner. Such records shall be kept solely to assist department in the performance of its duties in effectuating the purposes of M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 192 through 203.
