Advance Payments and Contract Guarantees

(1) The Board shall not issue a Reimbursement for a Response Action until the work has been performed. (2) Approval of an Application for Eligibility or an Application for Reimbursement, pursuant to 503 CMR 2.00, shall not be a guarantee or promise to pay by the Board on behalf of a Claimant to any third-party.
