Solicitation to Conduct Fraudulent Contest or Exhibition: Duty of Licensee to Report Such

Solicitation Immediately; Disciplinary Action for Failure to Report When any person who is licensed by the Commission is approached with a request or suggestion that a contest or exhibition not be conducted honestly, that person must immediately report the matter to the Commission. Failure to do so is a ground for disciplinary action.
