Fraud
Any person who obtains coverage by knowingly and deliberately making false statements,
suppressing facts, withholding information or making misrepresentations, commits fraud and is
subject to recovery of the amount that the Plan has paid on that person's behalf and any other
penalties permitted or prescribed by law. Those found to have committed fraud forfeit the right
to re-join the Plan.
