Annual Report

The Department shall report annually on its activities and the activities of designated agencies providing Protective Services to Elders under the Protective Services Program. Such report shall be submitted to the Governor, the General Court and the public no later than 120 days following the end of each fiscal year. The contents of such report shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Statistical information about the number and types of reports received during the prior fiscal year; (2) Aggregate information indicating the results of the Investigations conducted by Protective Service Agencies; (3) Information on the types and costs of services provided under the authority of 651 CMR 5.00 during the prior fiscal year.
