Transcript of the Proceedings

Proceedings will be taped or otherwise transcribed, and a transcript willbe made available to either partyuponwrittenrequest for a fee in such sum as may be necessary to defray cost of preparationof a transcript, by determination from time to time of the Department of Elder Affairs.
