Application and Fee Submission Dates, License Issue Dates, License Effective Dates

(1) Application and Fee Submission Dates. MassDOT will begin accepting aggregate license applications and fees, each year between November 1st and December 31st. (2) License Issue Dates. MassDOT will begin issuing aggregate licenses effective January 1st through October 31st each year. (3) License Effective Dates. Aggregate licenses will be in effect from April 1st of the year of issuance to March 31st of the following year.
