Severability

The provisions of 105 CMR 100.000 are severable. If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any section, subsection, paragraph, or provision unconstitutional or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. (PAGES 133 THROUGH 168 ARE RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.)
