Escorting Through Access Control System Doors

Except with the permission of the Authority, only a person displaying a validMassport-issued TVP may be escorted through an ACS Door, and only by a person authorized by the Authority to act as an escort and complying with the terms and conditions for escorting in 740 CMR 30.16. The escorting of a person not authorized to be escorted through an ACS Door shall constitute a violation of 740 CMR 30.16 by both the person escorted and the person escorting.
