Joint and Several Responsibility of Holders and Sponsors

Any failure by a Holder of Security Media or Identification Media to comply with the provisions of 740 CMR 30.00 shall constitute a violation of that provisionof740 CMR 30.00 by the Holder of Security Media and the Holder's Sponsor.
