Applicability and Definitions

760 CMR 12.00 applies to all applications for approval of Urban Renewal Plans, and all on-going projects. Plan approvals, conditions and waivers in effect as of April 20, 2018 shall remain in effect. 760 CMR 12.00 governs planning and program activities for both Urban Renewal projects and Urban Revitalization and Development projects. Unless otherwise specified, the definitions in M.G.L. c. 121B, § 1 shall be applicable to 760 CMR 12.00.
