Waivers to 760 CMR 49.00 in effect at an administering agency immediately prior to July 14, 2017 shall remain in effect unless and until revoked by the Department. 760 CMR 49.00 is applicable to all persons applying for or participating in the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (MRVP) pursuant to St. 1992, c. 133, § 21.
