Wage Matching

The Department may implement the provisions of M.G.L. c. 62E (the Commonwealth's Wage Reporting and Financial Institution Match System Statute) to verify the wages and financial eligibility of applicants or participants in MRVP. (PAGES 471 THROUGH 480 ARE RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.)
