Waiver Provision

To the extent permitted by law, and to the extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and M.G.L. c. 151B, consistent with the rehousing goals and fundamental program requirements of benefits administered under 760 CMR 65.00, provisions of 760 CMR 65.00 may be waived in writing by the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development if requested by an administering agency or Participant in writing for a good reason.
