Appraisal Forms

The Seller is required to utilize appraisal forms approved by FHA or VA as appropriate. On conventional Mortgage Loans, Sellers will supply anappraisal by an appraiser on the applicable (single family, multi-family or condominium) FHLMC or FNMA Appraisal Form, or alternative forms approved by MHMFA.
