Questionnaires

We are requiring that on or before the Closing Date the Borrower complete the Borrower questionnaire. Completion of the questionnaire is optional for homesellers. However, Sellers are requested to stress the importance of making this data available to MHMFA. THIS DOCUMENT, THE MHMFA SELLER'S GUIDE, IS TO BEINCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN AGREEMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE BY MHMFA OF LOAN PARTICIPATIONS AND SHALL REQUIRENO SIGNATURE FOR ITS OPERATION OR EFFECT BETWEEN A SELLER AND MHMFA.
