Definitions ofcertainterms used inthis Guide are set forth in 761 CMR 19.02 of the Statement of Terms and Conditions of the Commitment Application. Wherever in thisGuide the Servicer is directed to deliveranynotice, document or other communication to MHMFA, Servicer shall also deliver a copy thereof to Seller.
