801 CMR 21.00 shall be interpreted consistent with, and ProcuringDepartments shallcomplywith, state or federal general or special laws, regulations, executive orders and other authorities mandating additionalrequirements related to the procurement of Commodities and Services, includingpolicies and procedures issued by ANF, OSD and CTR.
