Eligible Recipient Categories

The following entities are eligible for financial assistance from the Fund: (1) Municipalities, and other units and instrumentalities of state, local, tribal, and regional government; (2) Non-profit organizations operating within the Commonwealth; (3) Businesses operating within the Commonwealth; and (4 ) Individual residents of the Commonwealth.
