Guidance and Updates

The Secretary may issue guidance to support implementation of 801 CMR 29.00 including clarifying eligible uses, verification expectations, prioritization factors, or administrative procedures. Guidance may be updated as needed based on the nature of catastrophic events, available federal programs, or operational experience.
