Content of Application to A&F Secretary for Approval of Project Proposal

The application for final approval of a project proposal to be submitted to the A&F Secretary shall include: (1) The project proposal, the content of which shall consist of the substance of the preliminary project proposal approved by the HHS Secretary; and (2) A written assessment of the findings of the review performed by the Agency under 801 CMR 56.03(8)(a) and (b).
