Severability

If any provision of 940 CMR 19.00 is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of any other provision of 940 CMR 19.00. If the application of any provision of 940 CMR 19.00 to any person or entity, or under any panicular circumstance is held to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the application of the provision to any other person or entity or under any other circumstance.
