Severability

If any provision of 940 CMR 32.00 or the application of any provision of 940 CMR 32.00 to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of 940 CMR 32.00 and the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. 940 CMR - 214.1
